About the role

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of NY to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• SNF / LTC experience required
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in NY)
