About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 29, 2026, in Hermiston, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
- ACOTE accredited program
Skills

- Proficiency in computer software relevant to occupational therapy

Pay
The pay package is based on 7-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
