Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,062 per week

About the role

The Occupational Therapist role is focused on providing home-based care in the assigned geographical region, working on rehabilitation services across PT, OT, and Speech Therapy units.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional occupational therapy services as part of home-based rehab care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Cerner EMR.
• Participate in unit-specific orientation and adapt to flexible work hours including every 3rd weekend.

Requirements

• BLS Certification required.
• Experience with OASIS documentation required.
• Minimum of one year experience in PT/OT/Speech therapy.
• Home setting experience preferred but not required.
