About the role
HCS 247 is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Garretson, South Dakota. The position will be a 40-hour per week, 8A-5P shift starting June 15, 2026, and will be a Local/Travel Contract offering the most competitive rates in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- No new graduates
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
- Compensation packages include great rates and maximum subsidies for lodging, meals and incidentals, and travel expenses
- Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
