Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,042 per week

About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. The position starts on June 15, 2026, and works 40 hours per week with an 8A-5P shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No new graduates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay and Schedule

• Compensation packages include aggressive rates and maximum subsidies.
• Compensation is based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
