Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,042 per week
About the role
HCS 247 is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Meridian, Mississippi. The position starts ASAP and is 40 hours per week, 9 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient functional abilities and develop strategies to improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- No new graduates.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.

Pay and Schedule
- Compensation includes great rates and maximum subsidies for lodging, meals and incidentals, and travel expenses.
- Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
