Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,969 per week

About the role

AHS Staffing is looking for a SNF Occupational Therapist in Hillsboro, OR for a Long Term (Travel) position. This assignment is expected to last 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Evaluate resident progress towards treatment goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document all services provided in accordance with facility policies and regulations

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, relevant work experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Experience working with long-term care patients

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screen
