National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Staten Island, New York.
About the role
We’re currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. This is a travel assignment with the following details:
- Anticipated start date: ASAP
- Anticipated duration: 13 weeks (current and/or future school year)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- Employment type: Travel

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home environment
- Help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities
- Teach patients skills or techniques on how to use adaptive equipment for participating in activities
- Study, evaluate, and record patients' activities and progress
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
