About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Somerset, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in New Jersey
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software and electronic health records

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
