Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,954 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting ASAP in Forestville, Maryland. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and is available on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to help them regain independence
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Maryland
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles
• Experience working with patients of various ages and conditions

Pay
