About the role
HCS 24/7 is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Independence, Missouri. The position starts ASAP and is 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- No new graduates.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
This is a 12-week assignment, 8A-4P shift starting June 29, 2026, working 40 hours per week.
