Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,871 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elkhart, Indiana. Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

Schedule

40 hours per week, 9-hour day shifts.

Pay

Pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
