Thrive Staffing is seeking a clinically compassionate and dedicated travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, California. This position offers an opportunity for mentorship, making it ideal for both experienced OTs and new graduates.

Requirements

• Active California OT License (or in process under the 60 Day Rule)
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset
• Preferred work schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
• Position may require floatation to a nearby facility

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within the skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Complete documentation in Net Health according to facility standards

Schedule

• Flexible schedule available: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• No holiday coverage required

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

• Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year preferred
• Duration: 13 weeks
