Requirements

• Active license in Rehabilitation
• 1 year full-time Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure to practice in the state of Ohio
• Experience in rehabilitation settings
