Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a position in Sheridan, Oregon. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift, days.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
