Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,980 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient functional abilities and develop goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
