Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,693 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Wichita, Kansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Kansas.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques appropriate for various age groups and conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
• Experience with adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
