About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting ASAP in Independence, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Missouri.
- At least one year of recent relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
