About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Lanham, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Maryland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in an occupational therapy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Experience with various therapeutic modalities.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
