Travel Occupational Therapist - $1,690 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Carbondale, Illinois. The position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and is available on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to help them regain independence.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Experience with various therapeutic interventions and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
