Qualifications

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Kentucky
Experience working with patients of all ages with various disabilities and conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong organizational and documentation skills
