Requirements

• Labor & Delivery RN
• Location: Carthage, TN
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
• Travel Requirement: Must live 60+ miles from the facility
• Unit Overview: Departments Covered: Labor & Delivery, Nursery, Postpartum
• Beds: 2 Labor beds, 3 Postpartum beds
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• EMR: Meditech

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Must be able to work in all three areas: Labor & Delivery, Nursery, Postpartum
• Experience with fetal monitoring

Certifications

• ACLS
• AWHONN
• BLS
• NRP
• Active Tennessee RN License (or eligibility as required)

Qualifications

• PALSCentricity experience
• Meditech experience
• Couplet care experience

Schedule & Call

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (rotating/as needed)
• Call Requirement: 3 twelve-hour call shifts per 4-week schedule
• Floating: As needed
