Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Must be able to work in all three areas: Labor & Delivery, Nursery, Postpartum
• Experience with fetal monitoring
• ✅ ACLS
• ✅ AWHONN
• ✅ BLS
• ✅ NRP
• ✅ Active Tennessee RN License (or eligibility as required)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
Travel Requirement: Must live 60+ miles from the facility

Unit Overview

• Departments Covered: Labor & Delivery, Nursery, Postpartum
• Beds: 2 Labor beds, 3 Postpartum beds
• Patient Ratio: 1:2
• EMR: Meditech

Required Certifications

• ✅ ACLS
• ✅ AWHONN
• ✅ BLS
• ✅ NRP
• ✅ Active Tennessee RN License (or eligibility as required)

Preferred Qualifications

• PALSCentricity experience
• Meditech experience
• Couplet care experience

Schedule & Call

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (rotating/as needed)
• Call Requirement: 3 twelve-hour call shifts per 4-week schedule
• Floating: As needed
