About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry for a travel assignment focused on patient care and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and monitoring post-procedure recovery.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records.
- Assessing patient status and responding to changes per clinical protocols.
- Maintaining infection control and safe medication practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and medication safety standards.
Schedule
Work 36 hours weekly, with 12-hour shifts.
