Travel Nurse - Telemetry

Responsibilities

• Maintaining infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards.
• Preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and providing post-procedure monitoring.
• Supporting safe transitions of care through handoffs and care plan updates.
• Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Providing high-quality patient care during 12-hour shifts, ensuring safety, and facilitating effective communication within the care team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or similar units.
