Travel Nurse - Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel assignment in Telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain infection prevention and safe medication practices
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and monitor post-procedure recovery
• Support safe patient care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates
• Coordinate care activities with physicians and clinical team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts
