Travel Nurse - Telemetry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry for a travel position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with physicians and clinical team members.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge processes.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
• Maintain infection control and safe medication practices.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and care quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of infection control and medication administration protocols.

Schedule

• Work 36 hours weekly, primarily in 13-hour shifts.
