Travel Nurse - Surgical ICU Stepdown

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients
• Participate in patient and family education
• Provide leadership by collaborating with nursing and healthcare team members
• Maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Surgical ICU Stepdown nursing
• Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities
• Maryland state nursing license and current BLS certification
• Reliable transportation for travel assignments
• Preferred: travel healthcare experience

Key Duties

• Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts
• Complete all compliance requirements within 5 days of offer acceptance
• Undergo background check and drug screening
