Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in a related setting

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly
• Ensure safe care transitions through effective handoffs and care plan updates
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient activities
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge procedures

• Strong clinical skills in ICU and stepdown care
