Requirements
- Active RN License (license pending accepted)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience
- Recent Epic experience
- Experience in either Neuro Med-Surg or Orthopedic Med-Surg
- NIHSS required for Neuro assignments
- Total Joint Replacement experience required for Orthopedic assignments
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor Medical-Surgical patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Cookbook interdisciplinary patient care
- Document using EPIC
- Float to similar Med-Surg units when required
