Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,704 per week

Schedule

• 48 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts, nights

Responsibilities

• Care for 6 Telemetry patients/post cardiac procedures, including PCI, PPM, ICD, or Ablations
• Proficient in reading telemetry strips
• Time management, including developing plans of care every shift
• Collaboration with physicians and ancillary departments
• Discharge planning and patient education
• Phlebotomy
• Administer respiratory treatments (inhalers and nebulizers) outside of the ICU
• Foley Catheter care and maintenance, including nurse-driven protocols for removal
• Manage Telemetry and Post Cath Lab patients
• Management of Cardiac Drips (Cardizem, Amio, Nitro, Dobutamine)

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
