Responsibilities

• Assessing patient/family health problems and resources
• Taking a leadership role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care
• Providing technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population
• Supporting CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital’s mission and core values
• Participating in the hospital’s Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

Requirements

• Registered Nurse, Telemetry
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history 50-mile radius rule
