Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,178 per week

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 16‑week assignment in Rochester, New York. The position requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. As a Telemetry RN you will connect patients to cardiac monitoring equipment, interpret data, and provide bedside care. Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients.
• Interpret and record electronic displays from telemetry monitors.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.

Requirements

• ACLS certification.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1‑2 years’ recent acute care experience (telemetry preferred).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
• Capable of lifting 20 lb routinely; occasional patient lifts up to 50 lb.
• Required vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Pay
