Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,135 per week
About the role
The 3-North Unit RN at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care. This position requires providing services to Medical/Surgical patients, ages eighteen and above, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individuals served.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient/family health problems and resources
- Taking a leadership role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care
- Providing technical nursing care and interventions to a designated patient population
- Supporting the mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital and demonstrating behavior consistent with the Core Values
- Participating in the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Requirements
- Registered Nurse, Telemetry
- Experience: 1 year
- Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
- Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- References: 1 Reference in entire work history
- 50-mile radius rule
