National Staffing Solutions-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Assignment details
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Setting: Telemetry
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms and report changes
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to treatment
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac drips as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes
- Recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies and patient deterioration
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
- Current BLS and ACLS
Preferred certifications
- Telemetry Certification
- NIHSS (stroke certification)
Experience
- 1–2+ years of recent Telemetry or Med Surg/Tele experience
