Responsibilities
- Provide specialized telemetry nursing care in a clinical environment
- Conduct patient assessments and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Administer medications and operate Point Click Care electronic medical record system
- Apply knowledge of memory care techniques, protocols, and MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments
- Work effectively in Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units
- Perform case management practices in a medical office environment
- Utilize strong interpersonal, communication, and task management skills
Requirements
- Compact nursing license
- Experience in long-term resident care
- Proficiency with Point Click Care electronic medical record system
- Knowledge of memory care techniques and protocols
- Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments
- Operational knowledge of Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units
- Strong background in case management practices
