Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $1,879 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a travel RN for a Telemetry unit in Lufkin, Texas. The assignment is a 6‑week travel position, 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts.

Schedule

• 12‑hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday work required
• Floating to all med/surg units as needed

Requirements

• No specific certifications required
• Familiarity with common telemetry diagnoses: CHF, diabetes, pneumonia, CKD, med/surg telemetry
• Experience with CPAP, BiPAP, and high‑flow oxygen patients
• Ability to read telemetry strips
• Float to all med/surg units when needed
• Scrub color/dress code: navy blue
• Unit orientation completed in the Kurth Tower med/surg telemetry area

The estimated pay package is based on the bill rate at the time the job was posted and may vary with guaranteed hours, travel distance, and customizations. Pay is calculated on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
