Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $1,805 per week

About the role

Telemetry Nurse for a healthcare provider in a Level I trauma center, delivering direct nursing care in a fast-paced cardiac telemetry unit. The position includes implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, and coordinating discharge planning while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. The nurse must be capable of critical thinking, decisive judgment, and working independently in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Communicate patient conditions to the care team
• Coordinate discharge planning

• Work independently
• Potential float rotation as needed
• Work up to six weekend shifts within a six-week schedule period and holidays if required

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• Minimum of 0 years of professional experience (i.e., new graduates eligible)
• Relevant certification and education as required for nursing practice
• Ability to work in the designated geographic location (Tulsa, Oklahoma)

Qualifications

• Experience in telemetry, cardiology, or acute care settings (preferred)
• Familiarity with virtual sitter monitoring and telemetry technology (preferred)
