Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,684 per week in Milwaukee, WI

About the Role

TravelNurseSource is partnering with THP Healthcare Staffing to fill a Stepdown RN position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a night shift role working 4 days per week, 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Stepdown unit setting.

Requirements

• Current State RN Licensure.
• At least 1 year of recent Stepdown or Progressive Care experience.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications (e.g., PALS, PCU).
• 2 current clinical references.
• Physical exam within the last 12 months.
• TB Skin Test within the last 12 months.
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
• Respiratory Fit Test within the last 12 months.
• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and urine drug screening.

Required for Onboarding

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience

Pay

$2,684 per week

Schedule

Nights - 4 days per week, 12 hours per shift
