About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Wheeling, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in managing patients requiring step-down care from intensive care units.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in step-down care preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
