About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Evansville, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in managing patients recovering from surgery or acute illness
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education to patients and families about their health conditions and treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana
- Current BLS certification
- At least one year of step-down unit experience preferred
