About the role

Binding Minds is seeking a travel nurse RN SICU - Surgical Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care in the SICU - Surgical Intensive Care unit.
  • Work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.
  • Minimum 3 weekend shifts per month.
  • Use EMR system: Meditech.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of recent RN-ICU experience in acute care.
  • Cardiac critical care experience required.
  • BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required.
  • NIHSS certification may be required based on facility policies.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Tennessee.
  • Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
  • NIHSS certification if applicable.

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills in SICU - Surgical Intensive Care.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

  • Weekly Gross: $2,400.
  • Stipend Weekly: $1,337.
  • W2 Weekly: $1,063.

Schedule

  • Shift: Nights – 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
  • Duration: 13 weeks.
