Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Rehabilitation, providing patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic, or other injuries
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Administer medications and assist with pain management
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies
• Respond to medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in discharge planning
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Current BLS certification
• Eligibility for state licensure
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Capable of managing complex care needs

Additional Requirements

ACLS may be required; additional certifications could be needed before assignment.

Schedule

The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.
