Key Duties
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient progress and document findings
- Provide patient education and support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year recent clinical experience as an RN
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation nursing
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and work environment
