Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $2,154 per week

About the role

Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assist with physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and report to supervising physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of med-surg experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on relevant drug tests.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
