Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care to a diverse patient population within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to support patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or rehabilitation nursing.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Located in or willing to commute to Brownsburg, Indiana.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with adult patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
