About the role
Travel Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing mental health care in a psychiatric setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with treatment goals.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in Arizona.
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric and mental health care practices.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
