Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Mother/Baby / Postpartum RN experience. Level 1 Trauma/Hospital experience required.
- Licensure: Active OK RN License or Compact/eNLC License.
- Certifications: AHA BLS and NRP required.
- Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns.
- Administer medications, manage IVs/blood products, and monitor vital physiological data.
- Document patient responses, assist physicians with procedures, and provide discharge education to families.
