Number of Beds: 32 (operational), Number of Staff: 59 total (FT/PT/PRN)
Type of staff: Day Shift – Charge, RN, PCT, HUC, Night Shift - Charge, RN, PCT, HUC
Patient Ratios: 1:3 couplets (varies on mix), Type of equipment: EMR – Meditech & CPN
On Call Requirement: None, Floating Requirement: Ante for PP overflow, L&D recoveries
Requirements
Must have: Couplet Care Competencies, Breastfeeding Support
Preferred or nice to have: Mother–Baby Charge Experience, late‑preterm or transitional newborn experience
