Requirements
- Minimum 12 months permanent experience in PICU.
- Experience in epilepsy monitoring and specialized care of patients up to 25 years old.
- Current permanent Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
- Proficiency with EKGs and inotropes.
- NIHHS certification preferred.
- Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts (days/nights) including holiday coverage (at least every other holiday).
- Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation with acceptable scores.

Schedule
Shift pattern: 12‑hour rotating day/night shifts (7 pm‑7:30 am or 7 am‑7:30 pm); shifts may vary based on hospital needs. Minimum 36 hours per week. Required to work at least every other holiday.
